We wanted to update you on a great enhancement to our service which will allows you to manage the leaving your shipments in a safe place, should you not be in to accept them.
This new feature goes live on 3rd October .
From today your account will be defaulted to “Not allowed” which means a driver MUST obtain a name and photo of the goods being delivered and cannot leave them in a safe place from 3rd October. However, you can amend this default setting to the leave safe by selecting that option on the link sent in the delivery confirmation email .
We believe this new leave safe feature will make things easier and simpler for you, our customers. It gives you flexibility and choice to manage your own parcel deliveries.
Please be aware that once selected you will need to accept full liability for the shipment.
