The dormakaba ED100 and ED250 are suitable for most swing doors provided that the combination of door width and door weight lies within the defined functional area. The diagram allows you to determine the maximum values for the door width or door weight or to determine the suitable operator for existing doors.
Even where the door width and door weight combination falls within the specified functional area, environmental conditions should also be considered. In exposed applications, such as very windy concourses, an upgrade to the ED250 may provide a more suitable and robust solution.
